RESOLUTION NO. 797
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL ESTABLISHING SALARIES
AND WAGESFOR CERTAIN BIPLOYEES OF THE CITY' OF FRESNO
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fresno;
SECTION 1. THAT Resolution 77-=298' is amended as follows
A. Exhibits 1, 3 4, S, and 8 are amended to provide increases in salaries
for the respective classes in said exhibits, as required by the
memorandums of understanding between the City and the respective employee
organizations representing employees in such classes.
B. Exhibit 7 is amended to provide increases in hourly rates of classes
therein of 5.77%, rounded to the nearest whole cent, effective July 1,
1978 provided that the flat rates for the class of, Sports Official
shall not be so adjusted.
C. All salaries or wages for classes in the City service not provided for
above and whi0i have been deleted and/or retitled subsequent to July 1,
1978.7 and prior to the effective date of this resolution are increased
by 5.77% (rounded to the nearest whole cent for hourly rates and to the
nearest whole dollai> for monthly rates), effective July 1, 1978, and
through the date of deletion and/or retitling.
SECTION 2. Resolution 77-342 is amended to provide for rates of pay and
other conditions as.required by the second paragraph of Charter Section 809,
effective July 1:, 1978.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its
adoption.
I, Jacqueline L. Ryle, City Clerk of the City of Fresno,. hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution No. 704 -72 was regularly
passed and adopted by the Council of the City, of Fresno, at ;a meeting held
February 20 1979, by the following votes
