RESOLUTION NO. 7946 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO FOR TIME PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL FEES FOR THE PROPOSED ALLUVIAL--BLACKSTONE NO. 2 ANNEXATION WHEREAS„ the Fresno Local Agency Formation Commission, on the 29th day of November, 1978, at a duly noticed public hearing, Considered and adopted a fee schedule for the processing of annexation applications: Under Ten Acres $150.00 Ten to One Hundred Acres $250.00 One Hundred Acres and Larger $350.00 and WHEREAS, the owner of property less than ten acres in size, designated as APN 303-061-05, has requested annexation to the Sty of Fresno; and WHEREAS, the subject property is contiguous to the City of Fresno; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has paid LAFCO fees in the amount of $150.00 to cover the fees applicable to this property; and j WHEREAS, the City of Fresno has maximized the subject annexation to include' additional properties exceeding ten acres, which requires an additional $100..00 to be paid in LAFCO Annexation Fees; and WHEREAS, on December 12, 1978, the Council in its Resolution No. 78-548, amend- ed the annual, appropriation Resolution No. 78-325 by increasing.the Planning and Inspection Department - Administration Division (15.50) by $9.,000 to provide funds to complete annexations as a result of maximization for the remainder of the 1978- 1979 fiscal year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City of Fresno will be responsible for payment of any filing fees or portion thereof which may be required as a result of the City's attempts to maximize the Alluvial -Blackstone No.. 2 Annexation and hereby authorized the payment of $100.00 to cover the payment of those additional fees.: BL-.mc 2/5J79 rB n PASSED ;!rFFFCTW9......., Page 1 of 2 Page v
