RE'SOLUITION VACATING EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, there is an easement for public utility purposes in,
upon., over and across the hereinafter described strip of real.
property situated: in the City of Fresno, County of Fresno, State
of California.; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno now finds from
all, the evidence ,submitted that such easement is unnecessary for
present and prospective public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City_ of Fresno desires to vacate
and abandon such easements
NOW, THEREFORE, the Counc;Ll of the City of Fresno DOES HEREBZ -
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
1. That the easement for public utility purposes heretofore
and now existing in, upon, over and across that hereinafter
described strip of real property situated within: the City and
County of Fresno be and it is hereby vacated and abandoned.
2 That the easement to be vacated is described as follows:
The West five feet of Lot 8 of Tract No. 2872 filed
in the office of the County Recorder April 27, 197$
and recorded in Volume 32 of Plats at ?age 32 Fresno
County Records; :excepting therefrom the North 10 feet
3. The Council finds and determines that the rights of way or
parts thereof vacated are not useful as bicycle: paths or routes.
4. The City Clerk of the City of Fresno shall certify to the
passage of this resolution and shall cause a certified copy thereof
attested by the Clerk under the seal of the City of Fresno, to be
i recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Fresno,
State of California.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 79-5
was regularly passed and adapted by the Council of the City of Fresno
at a meeting held on the 6th day of February 1979 by the
