RESOLUTION NO, 7 - l
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 3039, FOR
LEASE PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, ATWOOD GROVE
has offered for approval a final subdivision map designated as
Tract No. 3039, for lease purposes as permitted pursuant to an
Industrial Land Lease and Agreement by and between the City of
Fresno and Atwood Grove as recorded June 23, 1978 in Book 7059,
Page 869, Official Records Fresno County; and,
WHEREAS, all the certificates which appear on the final map
(except the approval certificate of the Council of the City of
Fresno and the recording certificate of the Recorder of the County
of Fresno) have been signed and acknowledged and said final map
has been filed for approval; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the boundaries of the
City of Fresno; and,
WHEREAS, said map conforms to all of the requirements of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and: City ordinances,
resolutions and standards; and,
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the proposed subdivision,
together with the provisions for its design and improvements, is
consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the
City.
WHEREAS, said subdivider and the owners, whose signatures
appear on said map, and others have offered for dedication certain
streets, public utility easements, access rights and other public
properties and uses as shown and delineated upon said map, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fresno, by
formal resolution has approved the tentative map, and the final
subdivision map is in substantial compliance therewith, any
deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the Council the City
of Fresno that Final Tract Map No 3039 is hereby approved
