RESOLUTION NO, 79— 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA,
REQUIRING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 80
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fresno,
California, that:
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of said City has received and
filed a petition signed by more than 60% in area of the property
subject to assessment for the proposed improvements in Assessment
District No. 80 of said City, all as certified by the Director of
Public Works of the City of Fresno as the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has adopted its
Resolution Determining to Proceed on January ?3 , 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS COUNCIL DOES HEREBY ORDER that the
Director of Public Works, being the Engineer for the City of
Fresno cause to be furnished to this Council plans and
specifications for the work as generally described in said
petition together with careful estimates of the costs and expenses
of such work,

I, JACQUELINE L. RYLE, City Clerk of the City of Fresno,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Fresno at
a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of January , 1979, at
the City Hall in the City of Fresno, by the following vote:
