A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING THE 87th
AMENDMENT To THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 78-325 BY IN-
CREASING REVENUES BY $158,000 FROM THE FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS
AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TRANSFER OF $33,500 FROM GENERAL FUND CAPITAL
CONTINGENCY FOR THE POLICE AUTOMATED RECORDS FUND (40801)

amended as follows:
