RESOLUTION NO. 71-1-14
A RE%S-OLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF F1BLS NO CONDITIONAL14Y APPROVING TENTATIVE
TRACI' MAP NO. 3053, (UGM 58) WHICH RELATES TO
PROPERTY LOCATED WEST SIDE OF NORTH VISST *
AVENUE BETIVE1,21 WEST HER DC AVENUE, AND WEST
PALO ALTO AVENUE
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3053 was filed on November 10,
1978, and after review by all affected agencies, was presented to
the Fresno City Council for review and approval; and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission, after considering, the
report and recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department,
the Subdivision Review Committee., the Department of Public Works,
and other affected agencies, and after receiving oral evidence and
upon making its own independent investigation, concluded that the
Tentative Tract Map was consistent with the adopted general plan
and any applicable specific plan of the City of Fresno, and
recommended its conditional approval; and
WHEREAS. the City Council after considering the report and recommenda-
tion of the Planning and Inspection Director, the report and
recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the contents of the
Service Delivery Plan and Co-s7t/Revenue Analysis, found that Tentative
Tract Map No. 3053 is consistent with the adopted general plan and
any applicable specific plan of the City of Fresno, and its approval
would be consistent with.the objectives of the Urban Growth
Management Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby
approves the Tentative ',Map No. 3053 subject to the following
conditions:
1. Preparation of the Final Map of Tract No. 3053 in accordance
with the Tentative Tract Map entitled Exhibit "A", dated
December 13, 1978, on file with the City of Fresno,
Department of Planning and Inspection.
2. Compliance with the requirements of the Service Delivery Plan
dated November 9, 1978, which applies to Tentative Tract Ho.
3053.
3. Compliance with the requirements of the Planning and Inspection
Department memorandum dated December 13, 1978.
4. Compl iance with tile r(mqiiireents of the Public Works Depart -

went memortandi-im dated December 12, 1978, File No. 72$9, except
that with respect to Item No. 10, waiver of concrete sidewalks
is approved on North For liner Avenue, East Magill Avenue and
North Doloroes Avenue.
