RESOLUTION NO. 13 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE, CITE' CE FRESN70
CONDITIONALLY APPROVING URBAN GROWTH MANAGEMENT PERMIT
APPLICATION NO. 57, WHICH RELATES TO PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH FIRST STREET BETWEEN EAST
ALLUVIAL AND EAST NEES AVENUES
WHEREAS, the project was assessed by the Service Delivery Review Com.-°
mittee and a plan was developed by which urban services could be
provided; and
WHEREAS, the project was subjected

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after considering the report and
recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department, the Service
Delivery Plan and the Cost/Revenue Analysis, resolved to recommend
to the City Council the approval of Urban Growth Management Permit
Application No. 57.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby
approves Urban Growth Management Permit Application No. 57 subject
to compliance with the conditions of the Service Delivery Plan dated
November 15, 1978 (amended December 12, 1978).
