TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 2904 (UGM 59)
RELATING TO PROPERTY LOCATED ONiTHE EAST
SIDE OF NORTH FRESNO STREET BETWEEN EAST
NEES AND EAST ALLUVIAL AVENUES
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 2904 was filed can November 2,
1978, and after review by all affected agencies has been presented
to the Fresno City Council for review and approval; and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission, after considering the
report and recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department,
the Subdivision Review Committee, the Department of Public Works, and
other affected agencies., and after receiving oral evidence and upon
making its own independent investigation, concluded that the Tentative
Tract Map was consistent with the adopted general plan of the City of
Fresno, and recommended its conditional approval; and:
WHEREAS, the City Council after considering the report and recommenda-
tion of the Planning and Inspection Director, the report and
recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the contents of the
Service Delivery Plan and Cost/Revenue Analysis, concluded that
Tentative Tract Map No. 2904 is consistent with the adopted general
plan of the City of Fresno and its approval would be consistent with
the objectives of the Urban Growth. Management Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby
approves the Tentative Map of Tract No. 2904 subject to the following
conditions;
1. Preparation of the Final Map of Tract No. 2904 in accordance with
the Tentative Tract Map entitled Exhibit "A",, dated. November 2,
1978, on file with the City of Fresno, Planing and Inspection
Department;
2. Compliance with the requirements of the Service Delivery Plan:
dated November 1, 1978: which applies to Tentative Tract No. 2904,
3. Compliance with the requirements of the Planning and Inspection
Department memorandum dated November 28, 1978;
4. Compliance with the requirements of the Public Works Department
memorandum dated November 29, 1978, File No. 7245;
5. Compliance with the requirements of the Fresno Metropolitan Flood
Control District memorandum dated November 22, 1978, except that
the last two paragraphs are deleted and the following is added
"The disposition of drainage from property to the south of the
tract shall be determined to the mutual satisfaction of the
FMFCD and the developer" (requirements requested: by FMFCD)
