RESOLUTION NO. 79-3
TENTATIVE 'TRACT MAP NO. 3 013 (UGM54) RELATING
TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF WEST
ALLUVIAL AVENUE BETWEEN NORTH TEILMAN AND NORTH
PACIFIC AVENUES
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3013 was filed. on October 27, 1978,
and after review by all affected agencies has been presented to the Fresno
City Council for review and approval; and.
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission, after considering the report
and recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department, the Sub-
division Review Committee, the Department of Public Works, and other
affected agenciest and after receiving oral evidence and upon making its
own independent investigation, concluded that the Tentative Tract Map was
consistent with the adopted General plan and any applicable Specific
Plan of the City of Fresno, and recommended its conditional approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council after considering the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Inspection Director, the report and recommendation of
the Planning Commission and the Contents of the Service Delivery Plan and
Cost/Revenue Analysis, finds that Tentative Tract Map No. 3013 is con-
sistent with the adopted .General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan
of the City of Fresno and its approval would be consistent with the obr
Jectives of the Urban. Growth Management Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby approves
the Tentative Map of Tract No. 3013 subject to the following conditions:
1. Preparation of the Final Map of Tract No,. 301.3 in accordance with
the Tentative Tract Map entitled Exhibit "A", dated November 28, 1978
on file in the City of Fresno, Planning and.: Inspection. Department.
2. Compliance with the requirements of the Service: Delivery Plan dated
August 29, 1978 which, applies to Tentative Tract No. 3013
3. Compliance with the requirements of the Planning and Inspection De-
partment Memorandum elated November 28, 1978;
4. Compliance with the requirements of the Public Works Department
Memorandum dated November 29, 1978, File No. 7200.
5. Compliance with the requirements of the Fresno Metropolitan, Flood
Control District Memorandum dated November 1.4, 1978
