The term of this Ag reement is June 7 , 2012 through D ecember 31, 2019 3. The maximum amount of this $1,421 ,000.00 Agreement after this amendment is: One Million Four Hundred Twenty-O ne Thousand Dollar s and Zero Cents 4. The parties mutually agree to th is amendment as fo ll ows. STD. 213 A, Section 2 is amended to extend the t erm two years a nd shall read as fo llows: "The term of thi s Agre ement is June 7 , 2012 through December 31, 2019" 2. Exhibit A, Section l , Paragraph A , Sentence 4 is amended t o read as follows : "This Agreement s h a ll exp ire on December 31, 20 19." 3. Exhibit B , Section B, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1 is a mended to reflect the increase in funds in Amendment 6 an d shall read as follows: "The total amount payable by the AUTHORITY for this Agreement shall not e xceed $1,421,000 .00." 4 . Exhibit B , Section B , Paragraph 2, is d eleted in its entirety and Exhibit B, Section B, Paragraphs 3 , 4 , 5, 6 and 7 are re-number ed to 2 , 3, 4 , 5 and 6, respectively. 5. All prior Attachments are replaced in their entirety with Attachment l -Rate Sheet a nd Attachment 2 - Budget Sheet as attached her eto .
