ACCORD AND SATISFACTTON OF
LOST RENT PURSUANT TO
PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
CITY oF FRESNO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
the "City", and Marvin P. and Jacqueline L. Scheidt, hereinafter
referred to as "SeIIer", in consideration of the mutual promises
made herein, agree as follows:
1. City is currently obligated to pay Seller the approximaLe sum
of $8,375.00 for lost rent to be prorated to close of escrow
#408730, chicago Title co., 242s w. shaw, Fresno, cA, pursuant
to City's actions to purchase real property located at Effie
and University, (ApN 446-23I-09).
2. city hereby agrees to pay selrer, and serler hereby agrees to
accept, in extinction of the obligation described above, the
sum of $t0,149.05.
This Accord and satisfaction is executed by the city of Fresno , by
and through the Director of the Housing and Community Development
Department of said city, pursuant to authority granted by the
Council of the City of Fresno on.fune fl, 199I.
