THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE (Amendment) made and entered into as
of this ff day of Rk`Uj 201_1, amends the Lease heretofore
entered into between the CIPAJOF FRESNO, a municipal corporation (City), and
Outfront Media, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company (Lessee).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and Lessee entered into a Master Lease for Digital Billboards,
on August 25, 2016, (Lease); and
The City and Lessee desire to amend the locations identified in Exhibit A and
Exhibit C, which identifies the locations of the digital billboards that Lessee will install,
operate, and maintain on City -owned parcels.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that the Agreement be amended as
follows:
1. The parcels identified in Exhibit A and Exhibit C to the Agreement shall
be amended as identified as Exhibit A and Exhibit C to this Amendment.
2. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Lease entered into by City and
Lessee, on August 25, 2016, remains in full force and effect.
