FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (First Amendment) made and entered into
as of _______________, 2024, amends the Agreement entered into between the CITY
OF FRESNO, a municipal corporation, (City), and California Certified Accessibility
Specialist Inc., dba CalCasp Inc, a California corporation (Consultant).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant entered into an agreement, dated December 9,
2021, for professional CASp Training and Mentoring services for Certified Access
Specialist (CASp) Training and Mentoring Services (Project); and
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant desire to extend the Agreement to December 9,
2024, to complete the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Consultant agrees it has no claim, demands, or disputes against the City.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the mutual promises herein conditioned, and for other good and
valuable consideration hereby acknowledge, the parties agree that the aforesaid
Agreement be amended as follows:
1. The recitals to this Amendment are incorporated and made a part of this
Amendment.
2. The Agreement is extended to December 9, 2024.
3. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Agreement entered into by the City and
the Consultant on December 9, 2021, remains in full force and effect.
