11.Determination of Member’s Terms of Office by drawing lots – City Clerk
11A a. Charter Section 902: The terms of members first appointed to each board and
commission shall be determined by lot so that as nearly as possible the term of
twentyfive per cent of the total membership of each board or commission shall
expire each succeeding July 1.
i. Two members with terms expiring July 1, 2022
ii. Two members with terms expiring July 1, 2023
iii. Two members with terms expiring July 1, 2024
Three members with terms expiring July 1, 2025
12.Establish meeting schedule – Chairperson
13.Bylaws – discuss and/or approve Chairperson
14.Discussion regarding working groups or subcommittees Chairperson
15.Public Comment Chairperson
Members of the public are invited to speak on any item that does not appear on the
agenda and that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission.
Speakers may be limited to no more than three (3) minutes at the discretion of the
Chair.
