Regarding: Renewal of RFQ Approved Status- Term July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024
Subject: RFQ No. 22-09, Extended Learning Enrichment Services
Dear Ms. White:
The above referenced Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is due for renewal. Per the RFQ Terms and
Conditions, the RFQ qualification term may be extended, with mutual consent of both parties, for an
additional four (4) one-year increments.
Fresno Unified School District desires to align the RFQ renewal term with our fiscal year calendar of July
2023 through June 2024 and to extend RFQ No. 22-09, Extended Leaming Enrichment Services, for one (1)
additional year, through June 30, 2024. If City of Fresno PARCS is in agreement with the one-year renewal
of RFQ 22-09, please indicate your acceptance on page 2 of this letter.
This extension will be effective on July 1, 2023 with terms and conditions remaining the same.
We appreciate your continued support and look forward to working with you again.
