CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICE AGREEMENT (First Amendment) is
hereby made to the Service Agreement entered into between the CITY OF FRESNO, a
California municipal corporation (City) and Jefferson Solutions, Inc., a New York
Corporation (Contractor) effective February 1, 2022 ( Agreement).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and the Contractor entered into an agreement (Agreement)
on January 30, 2018 for Post Employment Benefits Actuarial Study for the City of
Fresno Finance Department (Project); and
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant now desire to extend the term for the
Agreement.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, it is mutually agreed that
this First Amendment shall revise the Agreement as follows:
1. The Term of the Agreement shall be extended through January 31, 2024,
with an option to extend the Agreement for one two-year extension at the City's exclusive
discretion, subject to any earlier termination in accordance with the Agreement.
2. Except for the revisions herein, the Agreement remains in full force and
effect. In the event of any conflict between the Agreement and this First Amendment, this
First Amendment shall control.
