HomeMy WebLinkAboutFresno Professional Employees Association (CFPEA) Side Letter of Agreement Classification & Compensation Study 3-27-23 Side Letter of Agreement Between City of Fresno and City of Fresno Professional Employees Association Classification and Compensation Study The City of Fresno and the City of Fresno Professional Employees Association (CFPEA) have met and conferred in good faith and have agreed to the implementation of pay equity adjustments as follows: Effective March 27,2023, pay equity adjustments will be as reflected in Attachment I, attached here and incorporated by reference_ This agreement sets forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding pay equity adjustments in Fiscal Year 2023.
