1. This Agreement is entered into between the Contracting Agency and the Contractor named below:

2. The term of this Agreement Is:

THROUGH END DATE
June 30, 2023
3. The maximum amount of this Agreement after this Amendment is:
$29,845,500.00; Twenty -Nine Million, Eight Hundred Forty -Five Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars, and Zero Cents
4. The parties mutually agree to this amendment as follows. All actions noted below are by this reference made a part of the Agreement and
incorporated herein:
1. STD 213A, Section 2 is amended to extend the term of the Agreement and shall read as follows:
'The term of this Agreement is January 05, 2017 through June 30, 2023."
2. Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section 13, Schedule, Subsection B, Is replaced in its entirety and shall read as follows:
"The estimated date for completion of the Veterans Blvd Overpass, its connections to Golden State Blvd and Bullard Avenue, and the closure of
Carnegie Avenues is June 2023."
3. Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section 13, Schedule, Subsection C, is replaced In its entirety and shall read as follows:
"The estimated date for Contract Acceptance is December 2022"
4. Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section 13, Schedule, Subsection D, is replaced in its entirety and shall read as follows:
"The estimated date for OBLIGATION COMPLETION is June 30, 2023."
5, Exhibit D, Special Terms and Conditions, is amended to include Section 9, Executive Order N-6-22 — Russia Sanctions, and shall read as follows:
"9. Executive Order N-6-22 — Russia Sanctions
A. On March 4, 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-6-22 (the EO) regarding Economic Sanctions against Russia and Russian entities
and individuals. "Economic Sanctions" refers to sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russia's actions in Ukraine, as well as any
sanctions Imposed under state law. By submitting a bid or proposal, Contractor represents that It is not a target of Economic Sanctions. Should the State
determine Contractor is a target of Economic Sanctions or is conducting prohibited transactions with sanctioned Individuals or entities, that shall be
grounds for rejection of the Contractor's bid/proposal any time prior to contract execution, or, if determined after contract execution, shall be grounds
for termination by the State."
6. Attachment 4- Rates of Services Is replaced in its entirety and attached hereto.
All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THIS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN EXECUTED BY THE PARTIES HERETO.
