THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (Amendment) made and entered into as of
this 1st day of _November 2022, amends the Agreement therefore entered
between the City of Fresno, a California municipal corporation (City), and Local Govemment
Strategic Consulting, a California Limited Liability Company (Service Provider).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and the Service Provider entered into an agreement on
June 28, 2022, (Agreement) to provide City Council District outreach to district
constituents, and legislative counsel services for District 2 (Project); and
WHEREAS, the City and the Service Provider desire to modify the Agreement's
scope of services to allow for reimbursement of certain expenses.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and the Service Provider agree that the Agreement be
amended as follows:
1. Exhibit A shall be modified to allow reimbursement for certain expenses as
described in Exhibit Al.
2. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Agreement entered into by the City
and the Service Provider dated June 28, 2022, remain in full force and effect.

SUPPLEMENTAL SCOPE OF SERVICES
Consultant Service Agreement between City of Fresno, Office of City Council
District 2 (the Office)
and Local Government Strategic Consulting (the Consultant)
District 2 Constituent Outreach Services
The Consultant is able to seek reimbursement from the Office for the following
expenses relative to the Agreement:
1. Any and all constituent data subscriptions;
2. Application -To -Peer (A2P) texting subscriptions and message allocations;
3. Commercial email marketing subscription services;
4. Supplemental media production
5. Digital media placements;
6. Print, television, radio, or outdoor media placements for office -specific public
service announcements; and
7. Any and all other expenses requested by the Council Member or Office staff not
contemplated in this exhibit.
