SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT a �O AGREEMENT (Second Amendment) made and entered
into effect the 2nd day of 2022, between the City of Fresno, a California
municipal corporation (City), and Make Green Go LLC., a California limited liability company
(Consultant).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant entered into an agreement on August 1,
2021, (Agreement) to provide professional cannabis business development technical
assistance services for the Office of Cannabis Oversight Equity Assistance Program (the
Project); and
WHEREAS, on August 11, 2022, the City and the Consultant entered into an
amendment (First Amendment) extending the term of the Agreement to October 31, 2022;
and
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant now desire to extend the term of the
Agreement to April 28, 2023 to complete the Project; and
WHEREAS, with entry into this Second Amendment, the Consultant agrees it has no
claim, demand, or dispute against the City.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that the Agreement be amended as follows:
1. The recitals listed above are incorporated into and made a part of this Second
Amendment.
2. The term of the Agreement is extended to April 28, 2023.
3. Consultant's compensation for performance of all services required or rendered
pursuant to this Second Amendment shall be One Hundred and Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000).
4. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
