THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (Amendment) made and entered into as
of thisDday of �J, 2022, amends the Agreement entered into between the
City of Fresno, a California municipal corporation (City), and Bureau Veritas Technical
Assessments, LLC, a Maryland corporation (Consultant).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant entered into an agreement dated May 2,
2022, for inventory services (Agreement); and
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant now desire with this Amendment to modify
the Agreement to correct an error in the compensation amount listed in the Agreement to
reflect the correct compensation amount of $96,080.48 which matches the Consultant's
original proposal; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant recognize this as a clerical error and not
a change to the original proposal or its pricing.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above recitals the parties agree that
the Agreement be amended as follows:
1. Each and all of the foregoing recitals of background facts are
incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth herein verbatim.
2. Section 3.(a) of the Agreement shall be amended to read: "The
Consultant's sole compensation for satisfactory performance of all services required
or rendered pursuant to this Agreement shall be a total fee not to exceed $96,080.48
payable on such terms and in such amounts as set forth in the Schedule of Fees in
EXHIBIT A. Such fees include all expenses incurred by the Consultant in performance
of such services."
