FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
This Amendment is made and entered March 15, 2021, by and between the CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, a municipal corporation (City) and OLYMPIC PROPERTY
SERVICES, LLC., a California Ilc, (Vendor).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and the Vendor entered into an agreement on November 1, 2020,
for trash clean-up services Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Vendor desire to modify the Agreement's scope of
services in to include the collection of white goods as an expansion of the Operation
Clean Up program.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby amended to include White Goods
removal within the following parameters:
White good removal will be identified by Solid Waste Management
Divisional Staff. Information will be conveyed electronically through email
(with pictures if present) from sources such as Operation Cleanup,
Beautify Fresno, or the FresGO app. Collection will be made by Vendor
within 48 hours of contact by City staff. White goods are to be placed in a
roll off bin owned by the City of Fresno and placed for the disposal of
these items only.
2. Costs for White good collections from the Vendor are not to exceed
$35.00 per unit. Pictures of before and after removal are to accompany monthly
invoices.
3. Except as expressly provided in this Amendment, all other terms and
provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
