The subject building meets the separation requirements, per Section 15-2739.B.1.b of the FMC, for a cannabis retail business. Note: this application was submitted under the address 81 East Pinedale Avenue. It is noted, however, that the subject building faces and has vehicular/pedestrian access from North Abby Street (while there is no such access from East Pinedale Avenue).
