BETWEEN THE CRY OF FRESNO AND
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ('Amendment) to the Memorandum of Understanding between the
City of Fresno ("Cityj, and the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno ('HACF), is made by and between
the City and HACF as of 0 i 3a 2009. Cly and HACF are hereinaffer collectively intoned 0

RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and HACF entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (WOU"), dated July 21,
2009, for the creation of temporary supportive housing, known as the Fresno Housing Homeless Pilot
Program; and
WHEREAS, at this time, the Parties desire 0 extend aw term of the MOU.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree that the aforewdl MOU be amended as follows: n0
f. The ten of the MOU as set foM in Section III, "TERM,' and in Section V, T" the MOU is
extended to January 31, 2010.
2. All other terms and conditions in the MOU shall remain in full farce and direct to the extent
they are not in conflict with this Amendment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Pathos have executed this Amendment as of the day and year first
hereinabove written.
