FIRST AMENDMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (Amendment) is hereby made to the
Service Agreement entered into between the CITY OF FRESNO, a California municipal
corporation (City) and HANDS ON CENTRAL CALIFORNIA, a California nonprofit corporation
(Service Provider) effective _ : yorne- 2\ _, 2021.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and Service Provider entered into a Service Agreement (Agreement)
for professional volunteer recruitment and management services for Volunteer Program at
Fresno Yosemite International Airport (Project); and
WHEREAS, City and Consultant now desire to extend the term for the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, City and Service Provider desire to revise Service Provider's compensation
over the life of the Agreement.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, it is mutually agreed that this
First Amendment shall revise the Agreement as follows:
1. The Term of the Agreement shall be extended through June 31, 2025, with an
option to extend the Agreement for one four-year extension at the City's exclusive option,
subject to any earlier termination in accordance with the Agreement.
2. Service Provider's compensation shall be adjusted purspant to Exhibit A-1, which
reflects revised rates for each year of performance. Total compensation to Service Provider
for the life of the Agreement shall not exceed $150,,0QQ: '
3. Except for the revisions herein, the Agreement remains in full force and effect. In
the event of any conflict between the Service Agreement and this Amendment, this Amendment
shall control.
