REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT FOR ADA PARATRANSIT SERVICES
BID FILE NO. 9524
This letter constitutes a contract and a notice to proceed in support of a service agreement between
the City of Fresno and National Express Transit., Bid File No. 9524. The contract shall be in effect
through November 4, 2023. The contract may be extended for four (4), one (1) year increments. The
aggregate term of the contract, including all extensions, shall not exceed seven (7) years.
