FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (Amendment) made and entered into effect
the 19th day of November 2020, between the CITY OF FRESNO, a California municipal
corporation (City), and KINGS VIEW CORPORATION, a California corporation
(Consultant).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant entered into an agreement on August 1st, 2019
(Agreement) to provide professional consulting services for Homeless Outreach and
Assessment Services for the Homeless Emergency Aid Program (Project); and
WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant desire to extend the Agreement to June 30, 2021,
to complete the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant now desire to increase maximum fee to $726,883; and
WHEREAS, with entry into this Amendment, the Consultant agrees it has no claim, demand,
or dispute against the City.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that the aforesaid Agreement be amended as
follows:
1. The Consultant’s total compensation shall be increased to $726,883.00.
2. The Agreement is extended to June 30, 2121.
3. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Agreement entered into by the City
and the Consultant on August 1, 2019, remains in full force and effect.
