SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (Amendment) made and
entered into as of this 29th day of December, 2020, amends the Agreement heretofore
entered into between the City of Fresno, a California municipal corporation (City), and
Dixon Resources Unlimited (Consultant).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and Consultant entered into an agreement, dated February 18,
2020, for professional consulting services for an operational needs assessment and
specification development for a Parking Operator RFP (Agreement); and
WHEREAS, the parties entered into a First Amendment to Agreement dated July
22, 2020, to add additional services and increase the total compensation by an additional
$24,900 to complete the expanded scope of work for a total fee of $39,900; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the time for completion of the scope of
work in the Agreement from December 30, 2020 to March 21, 2021; and
WHEREAS, with entry into this Amendment, Consultant agrees that it has no
claim, demands, or disputes against City.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that the Agreement be amended as
follows:
1. 1. The term of the Agreement is extended to March 31, 2021, subject
to any earlier termination in accordance with the Agreement.
2. Except as expressly modified and amended hereby, the Agreement and
previous amendments entered into by City and Consultant, dated February 18, 2020,
remains in full force and effect.
