SECOND AMENDMENT
This SECOND AMENDMENT TO Consultant Services Agreement (Amendment)
dated as of the 1st day of January 2021, by and between City of Fresno (City), and Aon
Risk Insurance Services West, Inc., (Aon), (Consultant).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and Consultant entered into an Agreement dated February 10,
2017, for professional insurance brokerage and consulting services for City's Property,
Casualty, Workers’ Compensation and related insurance programs; and
WHEREAS, City and Consultant entered into a First Amendment dated
January 1, 2020, to extend the Agreement to December 31, 2020.
City and Consultant now desires to extend the term of the Agreement for the
period effective January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 (Optional Term), subject to the
termination provision of the Agreement.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above recitals, which recitals are
contractual in nature, the mutual promises herein conditioned, and for other good and
valuable consideration hereby acknowledge, the Parties agree that the Agreement is
hereby amended as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is extended for the period effective January 1,
2021 to December 31, 2021. The total fee for the Optional Term should be $165,000.
Except as amended hereby, all of the other terms and provisions of the A greement shall
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
