THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (Amendment) made and entered
into as of this 18th day of March 2021, amends the Agreement entered into between the
CITY OF FRESNO, a municipal corporation (City), and FOCUS STRATEGIES, a
California corporation (Consultant).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant entered into an Agreement, dated July 1,
2019, for PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES for the HOMELESS
EMERGENCY AID PROGRAM (HEAP) projects (Agreement); and
WHEREAS City and Consultant now desire to continue services for the remaining
duration of the contract and increase the total fee to $170,571.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that the Agreement be amended as
follows:
1. The fee as referenced in Exhibit A (Agreement) of $155,000 shall be
increased to a total fee not to exceed $170,571.
2. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Agreement entered into by City
and Consultant, dated July 1, 2019, remains in full force and effect.
