FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (Amendment) made and entered
into as of this 18th day of March 2021 , amends the Agreement entered into between the
CITY OF FRESNO, a municipal corporation (City). and FRESNO COUNTY ECONOMIC
OPPORTUNITIES COMMISSION. a California Corporation (Consultant).
RECITALS
WHEREAS. CITY and Consultant entered into an Agreement. dated July 1 . 2019.
for professional HOMELESS YOUTH SERVICES for the HOMELESS EMERGENCY AID
PROGRAM (HEAP). (Agreement): and
WHEREAS City and Consultant now desire to continue services for the remaining
duration of the contract and reduce the total fee to $242,152.76.
AGREEMENT
NOW. THEREFORE, the parties agree that the Agreement be amended as
follows:
1 . The fee as referenced in Exhibit A (Agreement) of $300,000 shall be
reduced to a total fee not to exceed $242,152.76 as referenced in Exhibit B (see below).
2. Except as otherwise provided herein. the Agreement entered into by City
and Consultant. dated July 1 , 2019, remains in full force and effect.
