A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 32
nd AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPRQPRIATIONS
RESOLUTION NO. 2012-125 APPROPRIATING $3,680,000 FROM THE
CALIFORNIA PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION FOR IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE HOME ENERGY TUNE-UP PROGRAM IN FRESNO, MADERA,
TULARE, KINGS AND KERN COUNTIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2012-125 be and is hereby amended
as follows:

At the Council meeting of 12/20/12, Council adopted the attached Resolution No. 2012-232
entitled 32nd Amendment to the AAR 2012-125 Appropriating $3,600,000 for
Residential and Commercial Energy Audit Testing and Reporting Services for the
Fresno Home Energy Tune-Up Program with Consolof Stockton,Ca-Development
and Resource Management Department.Item No. 2A #2, by the following vote:

executing and dating your action. Please file the completed memo with the Clerk's office on

Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, in which case it has also been excluded. Failure to file this
memo with the Clerk's office within the required time limit shall constitute approval of the
ordinance, resolution or action, and it shall take effect without the Mayor's signed approval.
