NOW,THEREFORE,B E IT R ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fresno in its Capacity as Hou sing Successor Agency a nd T he City of Fresno as Successor A gency to the Redeve lopment Age ncy o f the City o f Fres no as fo llows: I.Based on the forego ing recita ls, ora l a nd wr itten testimony at the public hearing and ot her substantial ev idence in the whole record before t hem ,the fo llow ing find ings are made: Finding No.1.1:T he Housing Successor a nd Successor Age ncy have considered the Project a nd the Environmental Findings a nd find that such are adequate and sat isfy the req uirements of CEQA a nd the CEQA G uide lines. 30f6 DEVELOPMENT RESO FORSALE OF CALIF-KERN C ity Resolution No.2 012-192 Successor Agency Resolut ion No. SA-I I eliminate blight by causing development of und erut ilized property within the former Redevelopment Plan and Project Area.
