NORTH SIDE OF WEST HERNDON AVENUE BETWEEN NORTH MILBURN AVENUE
AND NORTH BLYTHE AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on February 28, 2017,
Document No. 2017-0026945, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line
Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State
Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
