SA-31 A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING POSITIONS WHICH SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE AND DEFINING CATEGORIES OF DISCLOSURE FOR SUCH POSITIONS WHEREAS, under the provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1974, the Council of the City of Fresno, also sitting as the Board of the Redevelopment Agency, is the code reviewing body for the Conflict of Interest Code for the City of Fresno and the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency; and WHEREAS, on July 23, 1979, the Council of the City of Fresno adopted Article 20 of Chapter 2 of the Fresno Municipal Code, referred to as the Conflict of Interest Code and was subsequently amended on June 26, 2007, by Ordinance No. 2007-55, effective September 4, 2007, adopting Article 9 of Chapter 2; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno has designated certain positions which are subject to the Conflict of Interest Code; and WHEREAS, title and organizational changes have been affected since such designation; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk's Office is submitting to the Council and Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency an updated list of certain positions and the categories of disclosure required for such positions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council and the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Fresno resolve as follows: 1. All positions with the classification of E1 and E2 must file an Annual Conflict of Interest Statement encompassing categories one through three; and 2. The attached Exhibits "A" through "T", inclusive, incorporated by reference, list certain positions which shall be subject to the Conflict of Interest Code and the categories of disclosure required for such positions; and 3. Resolution No. 2015-13 and Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. SA-27 are hereby repealed.
