SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2018-21 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF WEST ESCALON AVENUE AND NORTH VETERANS
BOULEVARD.
(APN: 504-081-39 and 44 and 506-130-32, 33 and 34)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on February 28, 2019,
Document Nos. 2019-0020229 and 2019-0020230, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject
Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the
State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
