This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as
Document No. 2019-0012855 on February 7, 2018, the property line adjustments approved for the
subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section
§§66499.20 3/ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
