SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST CLINTON AVENUE AND NORTH MARKS
AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on October 12, 2018,
Document Nos. 2018-0125526, 2018-0125527 and 2018-0125528, the parcel line adjustments
approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of
Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal
Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
