A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 24th AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
RESOLUTION NO. 2011-133 APPROPRIATING $3,595,200 FROM FY
2007 PUBLIC SAFETY INTEROPERABILITY COMMUNICATION GRANT
PROGRAM TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2011-133 be and is hereby amended
as follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $3,595,200 from FY 2007 Public Safety Interoperability
Communication Grant Program to the Police Department. The above amendment also includes a
budgetary transaction of $673,000 that corresponds to the Department's anticipated collection of prior
fiscal year unreimbursed expenditures. The anticipated collection of $673,000 will offset the posting
of uncollected reimbursements as reported in the City's general ledger system under account 30101.

within the required time limit shall constitute approval of the ordinance, resolution or action, and it
shall take effect without the Mayor's signed approval.
