A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 102ND AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 2010-138 APPROPRIATING
$1,607,000 FOR SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN MILLBROOK, BELMONT
AND WHITE AVENUES AND EIGHTH STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2010-138 be and is hereby amended
as follows:

At the Council meeting of 06116111, Council adopted the attached Resolution No. 2011-119
