THE W AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION
N0. 201P138 APPROPRIATING $1,700 IN THE PARKS, AFTER SCHOOL,
RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO
CONDUCT THE INFORMAL SCIENCE PROGRAM AT VALLEY OAK
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RUNNING THROUGH JUNE 30, 2011
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO.

At the Council meeting of 04128111, Council adoptetl the attached Resolution No. 2011-76
entitled 90u amndmnt to AAR appro $1,732.50 for Informal Science Program @ Valley
Oak Elementary School, Item No. 10, by the following vote:
Ayes Baines, Bergen, Olivier, Quintero, Westedund, Along, Brand
Noes None
Absent None
Abstain None
Plane Indicate either your formal approval or veto by completing the following sections and
executing arch dating your action. Please file the completed memo with the Clerk's office on
or before May 9, 2011. In computing the ten day pend required bwy Charter, the flrsl day has
been excluded! and the tenth day has been included unless Me 10 day, is a Saturday,
Sunday, or holiday, in which case It has also been excluded. Failure to file this memo with
the Clerk's office within the required time limit shall constitute approval of the om mance,
resolution or action, and It shall take effect without the Mayors signed approval.
