RESOLUTION NO. 2011-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 75TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 2010-138 APPROPRIATING
$157,900 FOR SEWER JUNCTION STRUCTURE REHABILITATION IN
THE INTERSECTION OF FRUIT AND JENSEN AVENUES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2010-138 be and is hereby amended
as follows:

SUBJECT: TRANSMITTAL OF COUNCIL ACTION FOR APPROVAL OR VETO
At the Council meeting of 03117111, Council adopted the attached Resolution No. 2011-46
entitled 75th amndmnt to AAR appro $157,900, sewer junction structure rehab,
Fruit/Jensen Avenues, Item No. 1 D-2, by the following vote:
