A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 79TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 91-276 BY APPROPRIATING
$300,000 TO FUND FORMATION COSTS OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 142 -- BRAWLEY AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 91-276 be and is hereby
amended as follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $300,000 for formation costs such as assessment
engineering, administration, plan review,general assessment district engineering,legal fees,and
property appraisal reports for right-of-way acquisition. The loan from the Gas Tax Fund will be
repaid when bond proceeds are received.
NOTE: Transfer of funds to be made upon approval by the City Council.
