A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF $700,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF
BELT FILTER PRESS SKIDS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT FOR
INSTALLATION AT THE TEMPORARY DEWATERING FACILITY AT
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT $700,000 of Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion/Renewal Project Bond funds are
hereby approved with the appropriation set forth in Part III of Section 4.618-58 of the Annual
Appropriation Resolution No. 93-202 to be transferred from contingency for the purchase of belt
filter press skids and related equipment for installation at the temporary dewatering facility at the
Wastewater Treatment Plant.
