RESOLUTION NO. 93-54
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE
VENDO COMPANY TO INSTALL A PRIVATE PIPELINE IN THE
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OF ATLANTA AVENUE AND INGRAM AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Vendo Company (Vendo) desires to install a private pipeline in a
portion of the public right-of-way of Atlanta Avenue near Hope Avenue and Ingram Avenue
near Herndon Avenue, as shown on Exhibit "A", which is attached to and incorporated in
this resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fresno (the City) is willing to permit such installation only if
Vendo enters into a license agreement ("License Agreement") to protect such public rights-
of-way and to protect the City from any liability arising from such installation.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The License Agreement, as approved by the City Attorney's Office and as
executed by Vendo, is hereby approved for execution by the City.
2. The Public Works Director of the City is hereby authorized to execute the
License Agreement on behalf of the City.
3. The City Clerk of the City shall certify to the passage of this resolution and
shall file a certified copy, attested by the City Clerk under the seal of the City, in the
Office of the City Clerk.

4. The City Clerk of the City shall file a fully executed License Agreement,
attested by the City Clerk under the seal of the City, in the Office of the City Clerk.
