RESOLUTION NO. 94-223
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 8TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 94-158 BY APPROPRIATING
$3,500 TO COVER THE COST OF THE CONVENTION CENTER
FACILITIES FOR THE LONGS DRUG SENIORS HOLIDAY PARTY TO
BE HELD DECEMBER 8, 1994
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 94-158 be and is hereby,amended
as follows:

Section 1.011-79 General Contingency Division $3,500
TO: NONDEPARTMENTAL DEPARTMENT
Section 1.011-80 Nondepartmental Division
Selland Arena Expansion Division $3,500

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $3,500 of General Fund Contingency for Convention
Center facilities for the Longs Drug Seniors Holiday Party to be held on December 8, 1994.
NOTE: Adoption of this Amendment will reduce the General Fund
Contingency by$3,500, leaving a balance of$202,900. Total use of General Fund
Contingency funds to date is $17,100.
