letter recognizing the adjusted parcels as legally created parcels. If there are any deeds of trust on the property, it is the

Perfection Instructions for Lot Line Adjustment No. 2018-22:
1. Record grant deed for all adjusted parcels
a. The legal description on the grant deeds must match the legal description on the
approved lot line adjustment verbatim.
i. Recommend attaching the lot line adjustment exhibits to avoid errors
b. Annotate the Document Number of the recorded grant deed on the preamble of the
grant deed legal description.
2. Submit the following to our office with proper annotations in order for us to issue a perfection
letter:
a. 1 copy of the recorded grant deed for the adjusted parcels.
