RESOLUTION NO. 95-196
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING
THE 9TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION
NO. 95-167 BY APPROPRIATING $218,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
COMPLETING THE ROEDING PARK CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA AND THE
CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA EQUIPMENT/CONSTRUCTION CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS THAT WERE BEGUN IN FISCAL YEAR 1995
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 95-167 be and is hereby
amended as follows:
