RESOLUTION NO. 95-195
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF $58,500 WITHIN THE MEASURE "C"
CAPITAL FUND FOR THE WIDENING OF FIGARDEN AVENUE SOUTH
OF GATES AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT $58,500 of Measure "C" funds is hereby approved with the appropriation set forth in
Part III of Section 2.099-56 of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 95-167 to be transferred
from the Brawley: Herndon Canal to Weber Connection Program for the widening of Figarden
Avenue south of Gates Avenue.
